Finding a way to make fitness a lifestyle can be challenging at times. I have personally been on and off with fitness for many years now and the hardest part has, repeatedly, been not getting but staying fit. I started this blog as a way to keep myself accountable and share with others what has worked for me and what hasn’t. This blog will feature a lot of research-backed information about fitness and nutrition, tips on getting and staying healthy, as well as a lot of information drawn from the personal experience. I hope that together we can change our lives for the better. One day at a time.
